To uphold responsible service practices and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all patrons, we have introduced the following restrictions on double-shot alcohol service.
No Double Nips to be served, unless it is a cocktail or drink otherwise advertised by the club to be served as a part of an ingredients list. The Management and Board offer full support to any staff member who must refuse service to an individual or group in accordance with this policy.
No Single shots of spirit will be served without the minimum amount of ice or mixer.
The policy reflects our commitment to the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) as required by Queensland’s Liquor Act 1992.  Rapid consumption of high-alcohol drinks (such as spirits) increases the risk of intoxication, which can lead to:
