Our Function Venues

The Westlake room is McLeod Country Golf Club’s beautiful pillar-less event space. With its superb views of the golf course and lakes, the room is surrounded by a large balcony for you and your guests to enjoy pre dinner drinks and canapés overlooking the course landscape. Guests will enjoy a private function entrance and bar, a balcony that runs the length of the room, and there is  ample complimentary off-street parking also available.

 

Our spectacular function room can seat up to 120ppl banquet style and up to 200ppl cocktail style as a standard.

 

We also offer our balcony space for more intimate events. Boasting incredible views, it offers the perfect space to entertain your guests and make your special day extra special.

Conferences and Meetings​

We understand that everyone’s needs are different when it comes to finding the right venue for your next conference, seminar or meeting. At McLeod, our events team can tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.

 

Our room hire can include a private terrace, private bar, cordless microphone, built-in sound system with Bluetooth and AUX connection, white board with markers, flip charts with paper, projector screen, linen tablecloths and jugs of water.

 

Our spectacular function room can seat up to 120 guests theatre style or banquet style, or cabaret style 60ppl, classroom 40ppl, or 22ppl U-shape.  For smaller, more intimate boardroom style events or meetings, we can offer a boardroom for guests to utilise. Our boardroom is perfect for 10-12 guests.

Our newly launched Premium Boardroom offers more than just a meeting room — it’s a dedicated environment designed to help you succeed. Whether you’re closing important deals, brainstorming innovative ideas, or leading strategic planning sessions, this space provides the ideal setting for focused and effective collaboration.

Located within the tranquil surrounds of McLeod Golf Club, and offering spectacular views, it’s the perfect venue for executive meetings, team workshops, or high-level strategy sessions.

Full Day Hire: $360

+ GST & 15% surcharge on Sundays & public holidays – set rate, for a full day.
