McLeod Country Golf Club’s Sounds of Summer series continues on Friday 30 October, welcoming local singer-songwriter Lara Joy back for an evening of live music, family dining and relaxed Friday night entertainment. Running from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, the event offers members, families and guests the opportunity to enjoy quality live music in a welcoming club atmosphere.
Known for her warm acoustic sound and engaging performances, Lara Joy will perform a selection of timeless classics and popular favourites. Her repertoire includes well-loved songs such as Vincent by Don McLean, Jolene by Dolly Parton and Carolina in My Mind by James Taylor, alongside a range of other familiar tunes that appeal to audiences of all ages.
The Sounds of Summer program is designed to bring the community together through live entertainment and accessible dining options, making McLeod an ideal destination for a casual evening out. With a combination of great music, delicious food and a family-friendly environment, the Friday night series provides an opportunity to unwind and enjoy the club’s hospitality.
Families attending the October and November live music events can also take advantage of a range of dining specials. Children under 12 can enjoy a $10 kids pizza, while the $60 Family Pizza, Chips and Schweppes Deal offers a convenient option for sharing a meal. The entertainment continues throughout November, with an exciting lineup of performers scheduled to take the stage. Matt Jones will perform on Friday 6 November, followed by Dan Smith on Friday 13 November and again on Friday 20 November.
