It’s been an exciting quarter at The Evelyn Mt Ommaney, with construction progressing across the apartments and townhouses.
The apartment buildings continued to rise, with the first- and second-floor slabs completed and further levels now underway. Scaffolding continues to progress around the buildings, while town-house construction has also moved forward with floor slabs completed and structural framing commencing.
With each milestone, The Evelyn is becoming more recognisable as the vibrant retirement community we’ve envisioned. Stage 1 is currently scheduled for completion in early 2027.
